Collaboration!

I'm in a Sketch Jam group on Facebook. It's a great way to learn, to get inspired, and to connect with some of my fabulously talented peers! A friend, Jenn Thompson, asked the group for a sketch that she could color, so I whipped this up in a bit of free time - Julussa with her loyal ugly:

Little Women

I've been reading Little Women for the first time - loving it. I'm almost done, and a little sad - it's one of those books that has become a good friend.

A quick warm up sketch, very stiff, and a shamefully lazy gradient background - but fun. My beloved Jo.

I totally forgot I had this! I did this in 2 or 3 hours after my last final this summer quarter! I hadn't slept, but had about 4 hours before Montgomery Hall closed for the break, so I decided to use the time!
